Can you provide me with a list of some of your previous clients?Q. Why do you air blow dry the vehicle?Q. Do I really need a detail completed or is washing and waxing enough?A. The answer is most often, yes you do. Your vehicle's paint and clear coat is a very delicate surface that needs regular attention to keep it looking its best. Polishing and waxing will help restore the original patina of the paint to keep it looking it's very best for years to come. Proper washing, drying, polishing and protecting will keep the paint from becoming dull, gritty, swirled, scratched and oxidized over time.
Statistics have proven that a vehicle that is polished 2-3 times a year can average 15 years (outdoors) before needing a new paint job. A vehicle that has been neglected by not polishing and waxing on a regular basis will need a new paint job after only 7-8 years. A standard paint job with OEM paint can run well over $3,000.
TopQ. What are the different types of problem areas?A. Gritty Feeling Paint: This is caused by industrial fallout, rail dust, brake dust, overspray and tree sap. These are all bonded to your paint and are not removed by regular washing alone. The movement with your hand over the surface will feel gritty and rough. This is where a clay bar is needed. The clay bar pulls about 95% of these embedded contaminants out of the clear coat. Most vehicles need to be clayed to remove these contaminates to give your car a blemish free shine.
Dull Paint: Dull lifeless paint comes over time from improper care. Improper washing and drying techniques, not washing your car or dragging particles over the paint can result in a dull finish. Dull paint is light scratches that have built up over time to leave a dull finish on the paint. Polishing with the right polishes, pads and procedures will make your finish look shiny and new.
Oxidized Paint: Results from a lack of surface care. Oxidized paint looks cloudy and hazy due to a chemical reaction from the dirt on your paint and its reaction with oxygen. This can be removed by using a clay bar, proper polishing and finishing with a sealant wax.
TopQ. I've been told that if I wash & wax, then I don't need detailing. Is this a misconception?A: Quite often, yes. Wax alone will not make your car look better. Using a clay bar and proper polish to clean and remove defects is what gives a car that deep, shiny wet look. Wax is just a protectant that magnifies the surface underneath. If the cars paint has not been treated with the detailing steps, you will not see optimal results and the car will not look the best that it can look.
TopQ. I can have my car waxed for less so why should I hire you?A: Frankly speaking, you get what you pay for. Waxing alone will not protect your car and assembly line type operations do not provide you quality workmanship and results. Although their prices are tempting, nothing replaces or produces the results of an in-depth premium detail service.
Once you see and experience the result, you will never compare their wax jobs to our premium service again.
TopQ. My car has scratches. Can you remove them?A: Generally speaking, yes we can depending on the severity of the scratch. I am an expert at paint restoration, and I can usually restore the area and eliminate the scratch.
TopQ. Do I have to take my car to you?A: No, we are a mobile detail service and bring everything we need to you. All we ask is that you provide us with the appropiate amount of time to complete your car.
TopQ. Can you provide me with a list of some of your previous clients?A: We are more than happy to provide you with some of our references. A few of our satisfied customers include:

TopQ. Why do you air blow dry the vehicle?A: By eliminating contact with the painted service, your paint/finish will be less prone to scratching or marking. Retaining the orginal beauty and luster of your finish is our goal, and air blow drying is a positive step in that direction.
